上海市高桥社区居民高血压病患病危险因素分析

目的了解高桥社区高血压病患病危险因素情况,为社区开展高血压疾病的预防、保健、健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法在门诊就诊者中随机抽取样本进行问卷调查、体格检查、测量血压检查,筛选出血压异常情况并搜集其他相关信息。结果 BMI赋值、WHR赋值、高血压病家族史、糖尿病病史与高血压病患病存在统计学意义(P<0.05,OR>3),以上各项为高血压病患病的危险因素。身高、体重、腰围、臀围分别作为单一因素与高血压病患病无明显关联(P身高=0.821,P体重=0.231,P腰围=0.488,P臀围=0.559)。结论目前影响高血压病患病危险的主要因素为体重肥胖(尤其是中央型肥胖)、高血压病家族史、糖尿病患病史。说明本社区应对于肥胖者(BMI、WHR异常者)、有高血压病家族史或糖尿病病史者着重开展预防高血压病的健康教育,定期测量血压。
