| 摘 要： | 目的研究2010年普陀区糖尿病患者社区管理的随访信息,分析糖尿病控制的现状,探寻影响糖尿病患者血糖控制水平的因素。方法通过对普陀区7772名糖尿病患者的随访,收集患者的人口学资料,疾病相关信息及治疗情况、并发症发生情况,饮食、运动和健康教育等状况,对患者血糖控制情况做出评估。结果 7772名糖尿病患者的平均年龄为69.2岁,平均病程为12.6年,其中99.2%为2型糖尿病患者,有并发症的患者占20.0%,血糖控制理想的仅占13.5%。不同年龄组、家族史患者的血糖控制情况有统计学差异;血糖控制情况与糖尿病并发症之间有统计学联系。结论普陀区社区糖尿病患者的血糖控制率较低,影响血糖控制情况的因素包括年龄、家族史和并发症;应有针对性地对患者开展健康教育,提高患者的血糖控制率。
