| 摘 要： | 目的評價自體角膜缘部上皮移植聯合絲裂霉素C治瘵原發舆復發性翼狀胬肉的瘵效,尋找一種有效地預防胬肉後發的手術方法.方法采用胬肉切除、應用濃度爲0.1mg/ml、0.2mg/ml的絲裂霉素C貼敷,以及用带有角膜缘部上皮的自體結膜瓣移植的聯合方式,治瘵原發舆後發性胬肉58例(66眼).結果随訪5個月～2年,平均10個月.3眼術後復發,復發率爲4.55%.術中及術後無嚴重并發癥發生.結論自體角膜缘上皮移植,辅加藥物絲裂霉素C治瘵翼狀胬肉是一種防止術後復發的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the outcome of autologus limbal transplantation combined with mitomycin C in treatment of primary and recurrent pterygium and to select effective operative techniques to prevent the recurrence of pterygium. Methods 58 cases (66 eyes) with primary or recurrent pterygium were treated with autologus conjuctivalimbal transplantation and mitomycin , 0.1 or 0.2 mg/ml after pterygium was removed. Results 3 eyes developed recured pterygium during a follow-up of 5-24 months (mean 10 months), and the recurrence rate was 4.55%. No severe intra- and post-operative complications were found. Conclusion The combination of limbal autografting and supplemental agent such as mitomycin C is a very effective method to prevent the recurrence of pterygium. |
