| 摘 要： | 目的观察妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)胎盘组织促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)的分泌水平。方法通过胎盘组织培养,放免法测定胎盘组织培养液中CRH的水平。结果ICP胎盘组织CRH基础分泌量低于正常胎盘(P<0.05),但48h后却高于正常胎盘组织CRH分泌量(P<0.05)。结论可能因ICP胎盘组织细胞暴露于某些因素而抑制其CRH分泌,导致其CRH分泌量低于正常胎盘。当这些暴露因素去除以后,ICP胎盘组织细胞CRH分泌水平呈升高趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the excretion level of corticotropin-releasing hormone from placenta tissue in patients with cholestasis.During preqacy.Methods:Cell culture and radioimmunoassay methods were used to investigate the CRH level.Results:The basal CRH level in human placenta with ICP was lower than that in normal pregnancy,there was significant difference between ICP and normal pregnancy.After 48h,the CRH level of ICP was distinctively increased and we observed a sustained peak on 72h and 96h was observed.Conclusion:The CRH level in human placenta with ICP was lower than that during normal pregnancy.The reason was that the secretion of CRH of human placenta with ICP was controlled by exposure to some factors,once it was removed,the secretion of CRH from human placenta with ICP would show growing tendency. |
