产前和产后感染的新生儿肺炎X线表现分析

目的：探讨产前和产后感染的新生儿肺炎x线表现的差异，为临床诊治提供依据。方法：回顾性分析297例新生儿肺炎的X线表现，其中产前感染者203例，产后感染者94例。结果：新生儿肺炎x线表现多样，常为各种征象并存。产前感染者以肺纹理增多、肺门结构紊乱，小斑片状阴影，充气支气管征多见；而产后感染者以肺纹理增多、肺门结构紊乱，间质条纹阴影多见。肺纹理增多、肺门结构紊乱，小斑片状阴影，充气支气管征，大片状阴影，局限性肺气肿及间质条纹阴影组间均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；胸腔积液及节段性肺不张均为少见征象，且组间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：产前和产后感染的新生儿肺炎x线表现有一定特点，能够为临床诊治提供重要的信息。

Analysis of X-ray on neonatal pneumonia between prenatal and postnatal infection

Objective： To investigate the X-ray appearance of neonatal pneumonia between prenatal and postnatal infection. Methods： The newborn patients were examined by the X-ray who were born in perinatal period. Results： The X-ray appearance varied obviously,which could occur by together. The pulmonary markings, the hilar shadow, the patching shadow and the air bronchogram were the most common appearance in the prenatal infection, while the pulmonary markings, the hilar shadow, the interstitial substance striated shadow accounted for the main manifestion in the postnatal infection.The ratio of the pulmonary markings, the hilar shadow, the patching shadow, the air bronchogram, the big lamellar shadow and the local emphysema were significantly different in prenatal and postnatal infection （P 〈 0.05）. Hydrothorax and segmental pulmonary atelectasis were infrequency signs both in prenatal and postnatal infection with no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The chest X-ray of neonatal pneumonia between prenatal and postnatal infection presentes several unique features, which might be useful for the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.
