| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。材料与方法:对42例经手术证实的子宫腺肌病患者的B超声像图特征进行了回顾性分析。结果:42例中21例术前超声诊断为子宫腺肌病,17例诊断为子宫肌瘤,其余4例仅提示为子宫增大。结论:B超对诊断子宫腺肌病具有一定价值,但需仔细分析声像图并紧密结合临床才能提高其准确性。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound scan to endometrioma. Materials and methods: The ultrasound scan of 42 endometrioma cases whose diagnosis were confirmed by surgery were analysed retrospectively. Results: In the 42 endometrioma cases, 21 were diagnosed as endometrioma by ultrasound; 17 as hysteromyoma and the other 4 as enlargement of uterus. Conclusions: Ultrasound is valuable in diagnosis of endometrioma to a certain extent. To improve the precision of ultrasound diagnosis, the ultrasound image should be analysed carefully and closely combined with clinical findings. |
