23例手指血管球瘤的诊断和显微手术治疗

目的总结手指血管球瘤的诊断和治疗经验。方法回顾性分析23例手指血管球瘤病例资料,肿瘤生长于甲下20例,侧甲襞1例,甲下皮2例,均行显微手术治疗。结果术后症状均消失,随访15例,平均10.2（3~15）月,无复发病例,外形满意。结论手指血管球瘤具有特征性的临床表现,仔细询问病史,体检,结合影像学检查,不难诊断;采用显微手术治疗,治愈率高,效果满意。

Diagnosis and Microsurgery of Glomus Tumor in Finger (A Report of 23 Cases)

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor in finger. Methods Twenty-three patients with the glomus tumor of finger underwent microsurgery were retrospectively analyzed. The glomangioma located on subungual area in 20 cases, pleurum in 1 case, and hyponyehium in 2 cases. Results The symptoms disappeared in all cases after the operation. 15 patients were followed up from 3 to 15 months （average 10.2 months）. No recurrence occurred and satisfactory appearance was achieved. Conclusions The glomus tumor of finger has special clinical manifestations, and can make a definite diagnosis based on attentive medical history collection and careful physical examination. The microsurgery is an ideal therapy for glomangioma with high recovery rate and satisfactory effect.
