老年糖尿病患者牙周炎治疗方法及疗效影响因素探讨

目的探索治疗老年糖尿病患者牙周炎的方法与疗效影响因素。方法经临床确诊为老年糖尿病伴牙周炎的患者83例，根据牙周炎严重程度设计出不同的个体化治疗方案，经多次治疗，1年随访，将血糖控制和未控制患者分为两组，比较二组患者牙周炎的治疗效果，分析并介绍了对此类患者治疗的方法与经验。结果血糖控制组的牙周病治疗有效率72．0％和好转率为26．0％，而血糖未控制组的有效率和好转率分别为42．4％和30．3％，就有效而言，前者显著高于后者（P〈0．005）。结论血糖控制与否是影响老年糖尿病患者的牙周炎治疗效果的重要因素，要有效治疗此类患者，在于制订与实施个性化综合治疗方法。

Study on Therapeutic Methods and Curative Effect of Periodontitis with Diabetic in Aged Patients

Objective To summarize the therapeutic methods and curative effect of periodontitis with diabetic in aged patients.Methods The clinical data of 83 old chronic periodontitis patients with diabetic were collected.The individual treatment strategy was schemed out and carried out according to the severity of periodontitis.After 1-year treatment,the patients were divided into two groups according to whether the blood sugar was well-controlled.The curative effect of the two groups was compared,and the method and experience of the treatment were summarized.Results The effective rate and the improving rate of the patients which blood sugar was well-controlled were 72.0% and 26.0%,while the effective rate and the improving rate of the patients which blood sugar was not well-controlled were 42.4% and 30.3% respectively.The effective rate of the former was significantly better than that of the latter(P< 0.005).Conclusions Well-controlling blood sugar plays an important role in treatment of aged patients with periodontitis,and it is necessary to scheme out and carry out an individual treatment strategy for every patient in order to obtain good therapeutic effects.
