支气管镜检查对支气管结核诊断的价值

目的探讨支气管镜检查对支气管结核诊断的价值。方法通过支气管镜活检和细菌学的检查对165例支气管结核进行回顾性分析。结果经支气管肺泡灌洗液（BAL）涂片查结核菌阳性28例（17％），刷片查结核菌阳性89例（54％），经支气管粘膜活检证实支气管结核145例（88％）。确诊支气管结核前，临床误诊、漏诊109例（占66．1％）。结论支气管结核的临床诊断并不易，对临床及胸部X线表现可疑者，应及时行支气管镜活检和细菌学的检查，以免漏诊和误诊。

Value of bronchoscopy in diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis

Objective To assess the value of bronchoscopy in diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods 165 inpatient with endobronchial tuberculosis were retrospectively surveyed and the results were analyzed. Results 28(17%) of the cases were positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis diagnosed by bronchoalvceolar lavage and 89 (54%) cases were positive diagnosed by bronchoscopic brushing examination of acid-fast bacillus, 145(88%) cases were positive diagnosed by bronchoscope. Confirmed by biopsy 109 endobronchial tuberculosis cases were misdiagnosed and missing diagnosed in the It showed that bronchoscopy examination was valuable in diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis. Conclusion Clinical and chest X-ray suspected endobronchial tuberculosis cases be examined with bronchoscope and bacteriological test as well to prevent from misdiagnosis and missing diagnosis.
