| 摘 要： | 过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床症状多样,病程迁延,属疑难重症。瘀血阻络为本病病机关键,“瘀”贯穿于整个疾病过程中。按照本病不同时期热毒血瘀、气虚血瘀、肾虚血瘀的病机拟定治则和方药,指导临床实践。

| Abstract: | The Nephritis of Schonlein-Henoch Purpura is one of the complicated enduring diseases with variant symptoms with a long course of disease. The key point of its pathmechanism is blood stasis obstructing the collaterals, and the blood stasis runs through the whole course of the disease. In practice, therefore, treatment principle and formula should be guided by syndromes in different periods including toxic heat and blood stasis, blood stasis due to qi deficiency, and blood stasis due to kidney deficiency. |
