羊膜移植与结膜瓣转移治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效比较

目的:回顾性分析对比羊膜移植与结膜瓣转移治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:选用46例53眼复发性翼状胬肉患者随机分成羊膜移植术组和结膜瓣转移组治疗,手术后随访12～18mo。结果:羊膜移植组26眼治愈,2眼术后不同程度复发,复发率7%;结膜瓣转移组17眼治愈,8眼术后不同程度复发,复发率32%;两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗条件基本相同的情况下,羊膜移植术与结膜瓣转移术都能有效的治疗复发性翼状胬肉,降低复发率,羊膜移植术更具优越性。

Comparison of effects of amniotic membrane transplantation and conjunctival flap transposition in the treatment of recurrent pterygium

AIM:To retrospectively analyze the therapeutic effects of amniotic membrane transplantation and conjunctival flap transposition in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.·METHODS:Fifty-three eyes of 46 recurrent pterygium patients were assigned randomly to receive either amniotic membrane transplantation or conjunctival flap transposition treatment.The follow-up period was 12 to 18 months after treatment.·RESULTS:After treatment with amniotic membrane transplantation,recurrent pterygium were cured in 26 eyes,2 eyes were found to have recurrent pterygium,The recurrent rate was 7%.After treatment with conjunctival flap transposition,recurrent pterygium were cured in 17 eyes,8 eyes were found to have recurrent pterygium,The recurrent rate was 32%.There was a significant diffe-rence between them(P<0.05).·CONCLUSION:Both amniotic membrane transplanta-tion and conjunctival flap transposition can help to reduce the recurrent rate of pterygium,therefore,they are both therapeutic methods for treatment of pterygium,but the former is better.
