微穿刺技术的应用——输精管结扎后对金黄田鼠附睾液肉毒硷和α-糖苷酶的影响

摘    要:26只金黄田鼠单侧输精管结扎,分术后1、2、3和6个月4组观察,另以21只同龄雄鼠做对照组,微穿刺取附睾液。术后3个月结扎侧睾丸明显萎缩,平均重为0.796±0.263g,正常对照组为1.182±0.032g(均为均数±SD)。术后4个组结扎侧附睾重量均明显增加,精子比容比对照组分别降低25%、65%、59%和55%,精子密度也相应下降。术后2、3、6个月结扎侧附睾尾液肉毒硷浓度有明显下降,分别为对照组的60.3%、23.4%和22.7%,提示输精管结扎使金黄田鼠附睾对吸收和浓缩肉毒硷的功能下降。各组附睾液中性α-糖苷酶的活性均无明显改变。

Abstract:Twenty six hamsters were vasectomized on the left side.The right side was sham-opoerated and served as self control.Another group of 21 hamsters was sham-operated andused as control group.Hamsters were divided into 4 groups according to the time intervalsof 1 month and 2,3 and 6 months after vasectomy. Micropuncture technique was used tocollect the caudal epididymal fluid at the time intervals mentioned.Significant testicularatrophy was observed 3 months after vasectomy (p<0.05). One month after vasectomy,the weight of epididymis was increased significantly(p<0.05~0.001),and up to sixmonths after vasectomy.Meanwhile,the spermatocrit and sperm density decreased markedly(p<0.05~O.001).The concentration of carnitine in vasectomized epididymal plasma atthe 2,3 and 6 months time was significantly lower than in the contralateral side (selfcontrol)or in the control group(p<0.05~0.001).However,the activity of α-glucosidasein the vasectomized epididymal plasma had not changed as compared with that in thecontralateral side or in the control group.Our results indicate that vasectomy does notinterfere with the activity of α-glucosidase in the caudal epididymis of hamsters.
