| 摘 要： | 目的比较养老机构与居家老年人的健康需求,为养老机构的创新照护提供依据。方法采用健康自测量表(SRHMS)对云南省昆明市10所养老机构中60岁的289名老年人进行测查,并选择526名居家老年人作为对照。结果养老机构老年人患痴呆7.99%、活动受限37.37%、自理困难11.76%,分别是对照组的10.5,3.5,6.8倍(P0.01);养老机构老年人月收入800元占56.34%、无医保占27.53%,年医药支出6 000元占29.02%;对照组分别为44.66%,20.69%和9.96%,2组差异有统计学意义,而年门诊5次仅占38.75%,低于对照组47.91%(P0.05);养老机构老年人期望能治疗康复、尊老敬老、有生活保障、健康长寿的分别占19.38%,12.45%,29.07%和33.56%,分别是对照的8.5,5.1,3.3和2.9倍(P0.01)。结论养老机构老年人有更高的病残和康复需求,健康照护亟待改善。 |
