| 摘 要： | 为进一步从理论探讨腰椎提拉旋转斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘出症的作用机理,将20例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机均分为2组,分别行腰椎提拉旋转斜扳法和斜扳手法治疗,实施手法操作时,行床边腰椎X线摄片检查,然后在X线片上间接测量两种手法下L2－5之间的旋转度,结果显示提拉旋转斜扳法组的旋转角度明显大于对照组（P＜0．05）,表明提拉旋转斜扳法能更有效地使腰椎达到生理旋转极限,这可能是其治疗腰椎间盘突出症的重要机理。

| Abstract: | The objective of the paper is to make a further theoretic study on the action mechanism of lumbar-vertebrae "TILA XUANZHUAN XIEBAN" (TXX, lifting-rotating) manipulation for treating lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH). Twenty cases of LIDH were randomly divided into two groups, which were treated by TXX manipulation and by "XIEBAN" (X, rotating) manipulation, respectively. During the manipulations, bedside X-ray examinations were made on the lumbar vertebrae of the patients. Then the rotation angles of L2 to L5 under the two manipulations were determined on the X-ray films. The results showed that the rotation angle in TXX group was significantly greater than that in X group (P < 0.05), suggesting that TXX manipulation functions to make the lumbar vertebrae reach the physiological rotation maximum, which may be the important mechanism for treating LIDH. |
