| 摘 要： | 目的了解乳腺癌中乳腺癌特异性基因1（BCSG1）和C-erbB2表达概况,探讨BCSG1和C-erbB2在乳腺癌中表达水平及意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测40例乳腺癌患者中BCSG1和C-erbB2的表达。结果40例乳腺癌组织中阳性表达26例,占65%,40例正常乳腺组织均呈阴性表达,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。乳腺癌组织中BCSG1阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、TNM分期、复发和转移有关（P〈0.05）。40例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB2蛋白阳性表达率为37.5%（15/40）,正常乳腺组织中均为阴性表达;两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。乳腺癌组织中C-erbB2阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、TNM分期、复发和转移有关（P〉0.05）。结论基因BCSG1和C-erbB2表达异常是乳腺癌产生的机制之一,与乳腺癌的发生及发展有关。BCSG1可能是乳腺癌的一个重要预后指标。
