肿瘤组织中GST—π基因的RT—PCR定量研究

摘    要:应用RT-PCR技术对51例肺癌手术标本及对应的癌旁组织中GST-π基因的表达情况进行定量研究。结果表明,在癌变组织中GST-π的表达明显高于癌旁组织,且与临床病理类型、分期及分化程度无关,对临床化疗方案的制订具有一定的指导意义。该组患者术前未经抗癌治疗,提示肺癌先天性耐药中GST-π起重要作用。

Abstract:Expression of the GST-π in 51 cases of lung cancer was researched by quantitative RT-PCR. The results suggested that the expression of GST-π was significantly higher in lung cancer than in normal tissues adjacent to cancer, and tumoral native resistance might be dominant in tumoral resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs. No relationship was found between GST-π expression and clinicopathological parameters including tumor class, stage and differentiation. The study of GST-π expression is of importance in the evaluation of tumoral resistance to anticancer drugs.
