| 摘 要： | 【目的】研究不同盖髓剂在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的应用效果。【方法】将90例患牙随机分为两组,分别用Vitapex和氢氧化钙糊剂作盖髓剂行活髓切断术,术后2年随访并比较其疗效。【结果】治疗有效率氢氧化钙糊剂组为82.22%,Vitapex糊剂组为97.78%,两组比较差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。【结论】Vitapex糊剂是较理想的盖髓剂。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To study the effects of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste in pulpotomy.【Methods】90 teeth were randomly divided into two groups and treated with Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste respecfively.The teeth were evaluated clinically and radiographically for a period of two years.【Results】The effective rates in the group of calcium hydroxide paste and Vitapex paste were 82.22% and 97.78%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.【Conclusions】Vitapex paste is a better filling material in pulpotomy than calicium hydroxide paste. |
