家兔骨软骨骨折愈合的实验研究

摘    要:探讨三种不同的固定方法和关节活动方式对家兔骨软骨骨折的愈合的影响。将24嗲家兔分为骨折不固定,普通螺钉固定和Herbert螺钉固定3组,术捂 均无外固定。右膝关节采取间歇被动活动+间歇主动活动的方式。左膝则采取间歇主动活动的方式。分别于术后6周,12周行大体,光学显微镜,透射电镜观察。

Experimental study on the repair of osteochondral fracture in rabbits

Abstract:To observe the effects of different interal fixation and motion on the healing of femoral condylar osteochondral fracture in rabbits. Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were divided into three groups, and osteochondral fractures of bilateral femoral condyle were created. Group I were treated with no internal fixation, Group 2 with ordinary screws and Group 3 with Herbert screws. The right knees of the rabbits were treated with intermittent passive motion(IPM) and intermittent active motion(IAM) , and the left knees treated with IAM (cage activity). Results: Degeneration and adhesive joint occurred ealier in Group 1. In Group 2 , the healing of the left knees was slow, and slight adhesion of joints emerged and the evidence of degeneration was found in the right knees. The evaluation of Group 3 revealed good in the left knees, but the right were better. Conclusion : Early motion of joint can facilitate the cartilage repair and promote the quality of the reparative tissue, but rigid internal fixation is of prerequisite, otherwise the reverse result will be found. This experiment offers a new method for the treatment of osteochondral fracture in concern with the clinic.
