从1例洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染的治疗谈临床药师的作用

目的促进临床药师下临床工作的开展。方法分析1例洋葱伯克霍尔德菌肺部感染患者应用抗菌药物的情况，讨论临床药师在治疗中的作用。结果采用临床药师提供的治疗方案后，患者体内的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌得以清除。结论临床药师下临床，应找准切入点，真正参与到临床治疗小组中去，与临床医师协作，共同服务于患者。

Role of Clinical Pharmacist Showed from Treating 1 Case of Pulmonary Infection with Burkholderia Cepacia

Objective To promote the work developing of the clinical pharmacists going to clinical department, which will make them really participating in the clinic therapy group and being the qualified members in the group. Methods One case of medication in pulmonary infection with Burkholderia cepacia was analyzed for illustrating the role of the clinical pharmacist in treatment process. Results Burkholderia cepacia was cleared by using the medication preferred by clinical pharmacist. The treatment was effective. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists and clinicians should collaborate in formulating the patients＇ medication.
