地黄化感自毒作用消减技术研究

摘    要:目的:探讨不同消减技术措施对地黄化感自毒作用的影响.方法:以连作障碍消减率为指标,研究添加石灰氮、微生物菌剂及清水淋洗等土壤处理方法,牛膝轮作及绿肥施用,以及育苗移栽等方法对地黄化感自毒作用的消减程度.结果:以育苗移栽法效果最好,在出苗后20 d带土移栽和裸根移栽的连作障碍消减率分别达到了76.80%,71.70%;其次为添加微生物菌剂法,在添加剂量为中等剂量25 g时,连作障碍消减率能达到54.25%;以清水淋洗法和牛膝轮作及绿肥施用法的效果最差,尤其是不经牛膝轮作仅施用牛膝绿肥时,连作障碍消减率为负值,即加重了地黄的化感自毒作用.结论:除仅施用牛膝绿肥外,以上技术措施均能在一定程度上消减地黄的化感自毒作用.
