急性脑梗死患者影像学分型与血清C反应蛋白及D-二聚体关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者影像学分型与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及D-二聚体(D—Dimer)水平的关系。方法对162例ACI患者和40名健康对照者血清中进行血清CRP和D-二聚体含量测定,发病后24—72h内行颅脑MRI检查确定梗死部位、测量病灶大小并作出影像学分型,对比分析应用MRI进行的影像学分型与ACI患者血清CRP含量的关系。结果ACI患者血浆的CRP及D-二聚体的水平显著高于对照组(均P〈0.05);额叶、颞叶、顶枕叶和基底节等不同梗死部位的ACI患者CRP及D-二聚体的水平对比,差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05);大梗死、中梗死、小梗死、腔隙性梗死等不同梗死大小的ACI患者CRP及D-二聚体的水平对比,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论ACI患者影像学分型与血清C反应蛋白及D-二聚体水平有相关性。

Study of the Relatiuonship between Brain Photographic Classification and the Level of C-reactive Protein and D-Dimer in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between brain photographic classification and the level of C-reactive protein(CRP)and D-Dimer in acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 162 cases with acute cerebral infarction were measured with the level of CRP and D-Dimer and compared that with 40 healthy subjects as the controls. The cases were prospectively examined by brain MRI within 48-72 hours after stroke to identify the location and extent of focal lesions and the brain photographic classification were made. The correlation between brain photographic classification and the level of CRP and D-Dimer were analyzed. Results Compared with those in controls,the levels of CRP and D-Dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher(P〈0.05). Those were no any statistical difference in cases of different lesion location(P〉 0.05 ), such as frontal,temporal, parieto-occipital and basal ganglia infarction.And those was statistical significantly difference in patients with different lesion size(P〈 0.01 ), such as large,middle,small and lacunar infarct. Conclusion There is a correlation between brain photographic classification and the level of CRP and D-Dimer in ACI.
