| 摘 要： | 西医将阿尔茨海默病(AD)分为初期、中期、末期,中医根据其临床表现辨证为初期是肝肾亏虚、髓海不足,治以补肾养髓;中期为痰浊阻窍、气滞血瘀,治以豁痰开窍、行气活血;末期为脾肾两虚,治以补肾健脾、益气生精。
