摘    要:为了比较紫外线照射法、过氧乙酸气溶胶喷雾法、静电消毒器法对手术室空气消毒效果,采用对手术室消毒前后空气采样检测方法,观察3种方法对空气中自然菌的杀灭效果。结果,3种消毒方法分别单独作用30min,对手术室空气中自然菌消除率均可达到98%以上;3种方法在作用停止后维持消毒水平均不超过60min,只有静电消毒法可以作为人在条件下持续消毒,但60min后亦不能维持原消毒效果水平;采用两两联合使用,以静电消毒法与过氧乙酸气溶胶消毒法联合使用效果最好。因此,可采用过氧乙酸气溶胶喷雾消毒后,再用静电消毒法维持对手术室空气进行人在条件下消毒。

Abstract:In order to compare the efficacy of ultraviolet irradiation, peracetic acid aerosol spraying and electrostatic disinfector in disinfection of air in operating room, the efficacy of the 3 methods in killing natural bacteria in air was observed. The results were that disinfection with any one alone of the 3 methods for 30 min could eliminate over 98% of the natural bacteria in air of the operating room and the disinfection level after discontinuation of action of the 3 methods was maintained for not longer than 60 min. Only electrostatic disinfection method could be used for continuous disinfection of occupied room, but the original disinfection efficacy also could not be maintained after 60 min. When combined disinfection with 2 methods was used, the efficacy of combination of electrostatic disinfection and peracetic acid aerosol disinfection was the best one. Therefore, for disinfection of air of occupied operating room, peracetic acid aerosol disinfection followed by electrostatic disinfection for maintenance of disinfection can be used.
