面部烧伤创面干改湿治疗180例临床体会

目的：观察面部烧伤创面早期应用干性疗法治疗而后更换烧伤湿润暴露疗法（MEBT／MEBO）的疗效。方法：对180例干性治疗的创面，一律更挣为MEBT／MEBO治疗，根据创面情况及时清除痂皮，清洗后正规使用MEBO，观察创面愈合时间，感染及创面疼痛程度。结果：面部创面形成的药痂或污染溶解迅速，易于清除，各种类型创面均能在预期内愈合，创面无感染，疼痛消失或减轻。结论：湿润暴露疗法是治疗面部烧伤创面的良好选择，MEBO为治疗面部创面优效药物。

Experience with MEBT in Treating Facial Burn Previously Treated with Dry Method

Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating facial burn wounds previously treated with dry method at the early stage.Method:180 cases of facial burn previously treated with dry method were all treated with MEBT/MEBO.The wounds were washed to remove crusts before application of MEBO. Wound healing time, infection rate and degree of pain were observed.Results:Wound crusts and contaminants were dissolved and removed quickly. All the wounds healed in expected period. No infection occurred and pains vanished or deminished.Conclusion:MEBT is a good method and MEBO is an efficious drug for treating facial burn.
