双螺旋CT肾段动脉造影的临床研究

目的　探讨双螺旋CT血管造影 (DSCTA)对主肾动脉和肾段动脉的显示及其临床价值。方法　 43例肾动脉检查患者 ,行连续容积扫描。然后以CT轴位图像为基础 ,结合多种重建图像综合分析。结果　 43例中共显示肾动脉 98条 ,主肾动脉皆显示清晰 ,Ⅲ级分支显示率 95 .3 % ,Ⅳ级分支 67.1% ,Ⅴ级分支 3 2 .9%。单螺旋CT中Ⅲ级显示率为 60 % ,Ⅳ级为 5 % ,Ⅴ级为 0 %。结论　DSCTA较单螺旋CT血管造影提高了肾段动脉显示率 ,从而提高了对肾段动脉狭窄和肾肿瘤的诊断价值

Diagnostic Study of Dual-slice Spiral CT in the Sub-segment Renal Artery

Objective To investigate the dual-slice spiral computed tomography angiography (DSCTA)in diagnostic value of main renal artery and sub-segment renal artery. Methods 43 patients of renal disease were examined by DSCTA,whole volume to be scanned in one continuous run.Interactive viewing of axial images serves as the basis for making a diagnosis while all kinds of 3D display techniques.Results In the 43 cases,98 renal arteries were visualized by DSCT,all of the main renal arteries were clear.The reveal rate of grade 3 renal artery was 95.3%,grade 4 was 67.1%,grade 5 was 32.9%,only 60%,5%,0% was showed respectively on the sigle slice CT.Conclusion DSCTA can improve the reveal rate of the sub-segment renal arteries than the single-slice CT angiography,so that it can improve the diagnostic value of the sub-segment renal artery stenosis and renal tumor
