米非司酮配伍利凡诺进行中期妊娠引产临床观察

目的探讨米非司酮与利凡诺联合用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法选择100例中期妊娠妇女随机分为研究组及对照组各50例。研究组口服米非司酮150 mg后,经腹羊膜腔注入利凡诺100 mg,对照组单用利凡诺100mg。以宫缩开始时间、胎儿娩出时间、疼痛程度、产后出血量、清宫率、宫颈损伤等为观察指标。结果研究组与对照组的引产成功时间、引产腹痛、清子宫率、宫颈撕裂伤的比较均有差异性。结论米非司酮与利凡诺联合引产,是中期妊娠引产较理想的方法。

Clinical Study of Rivanol in Combination With Mifepristone for Termination of Midtrimester Pregnancy

ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of rivanol in combination with mifepristone for termination of midtrimester pregnancy.MethodsA randomized comparative study in 100 women of midtrimester pregnancy was conducted.They were randomly assigned into two groups: the study group(n=50) and the control group(n=50).Women in the study group took mifepriston 150mg and then were injected rivano l00mg abdominal intra-amniotically,while the control group only used rivanol 100mg.ResultsThe results showed that there were differences between the study group and the control group from the successful time,the pain experience,laceration of cervix and the rate of cleaning uterus.ConclusionRivanol in combination with mifepristone is an optimal option in termination of the midtrimester pregnancy.
