骨科高龄患者围手术期抗凝治疗的临床观察（附248例分析）

目的观察骨科高龄患者围手术期抗凝治疗的效果.方法设立对照组(236例)和试验组(248),对照组围手术期行止血治疗;试验组围手术期以潘生丁、阿司匹林、复方丹参片、复方丹参针行抗凝治疗.结果对照组有24例发生心肌梗塞、脑梗塞、下肢静脉栓塞,发生率为10.2%,而试验组发生6例,发生率为2.4%,经卡方检验X2=12.49,P<0.01,显示有非常显著差异.结论骨科高龄患者围手术期抗凝治疗可以降低心肌梗塞、脑梗塞、下肢静脉栓塞的发生率.

A Clinical Explore on Orthopaedics Elder Patient Treated with Anticoagulation before and after Ooperation(A Analysis of 248 Cases)

Objective:To explore the effect of the treatment with anticoagulation before and after operation on the orthopaedics elder patient Methods The control group(236 patients) and the treated group(248 patients) were founded.The control group was treated with the drug which functiom is stopping fleeding,such as vitk4,EACA reptilase.The treated group was treated with the drug which function is anticoagulation,such as aspirin,persantin,Tab.co.Danshen,Inj.co.Danshen.Results The control group had 24 patients who were complicatedby one of the cerebral infarction,myocardial infarction,lower limbs vein infarction,the occuring rate is 10.2%.Though it is 2.4% in the treated group.There was significant difference between the two groups. ( P <0.01) Conclusions:The complicaion of cerebral infarction,myocardial infarction and lower limbs vein infarction can be decreased if the orthopaedics elder patient was treated with the therapy of anticoagulation before and after operation.
