| 摘 要： | 采用固体分散体技术制备的滴丸剂,由于具有生物利用度大、胃肠刺激作用小等独特优势而成为近年来引人关注的药用剂型之一。随着固体分散技术的发展,对缓释制剂的研究也有了新的进展,在此对缓释滴丸的制备工艺与设备等方面的最新研究进展进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | Drop pill with the advantages of bioavailability and reducing gastrointestinal tract irritation is prepared by the soild dispersion technology and has become one of the impressing dosage forms.Sustained relase preparation has new developments with the advance of the technology of soild dispersion,and the developments on preparation technique and equipment are reviewed and introduced. |
