化瘀定痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛45例疗效观察

目的 :观察化瘀定痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法 :将 90例气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (4 5例 )和对照组 (4 5例 ) ,两组均外涂入地金牛酊 ,对照组口服芬必得胶囊 ,治疗组冲服化瘀定痛汤颗粒剂 ,疗程 2周。结果 :82例合格病例进入最后统计分析 ,其中治疗组 4 2例 ,对照组 4 0例。治疗 2周后治疗组疼痛程度VAS评分改善较对照组明显 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;两组治疗后有效率分别为 95 .2 4 %、82 .5 0 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组治疗后意图治疗 (ITT)分析 ,治疗组有效率为 88.89% ,对照组有效率为 73.33% ,差异有显著性 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :化瘀定痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有较好的临床疗效

Therapeutic Observations of Huayu Dingtong Tang in Treating Postherpetic Neruralgia due to Stagnancy of qi and Blood Stasis:A Report of 45 Cases

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effects of Huayu Dingtong Tang in treating postherpetic neuralgia due to stagnancy of qi and blood stasis. Method: Ninety patients with postherpetic neuralgia due to stagnancy of qi and blood stasis were divided randomly into the treated group (45 cases) and the controlled group (45 cases). Both groups were smeared with Rudi Jinniu Ding. The controlled group took Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsule orally, while the treated group took Huayu Dingtong Tang. Two weeks were set as one course of treatment. Results: Eighty-two qualified cases fell into the find statistical (42 case of treated group, 40 cases of controlled group). After two weeks' treatment, according to the visual analogue scale (VAS), the treated group was superior to the controlled group in the improvement of pain degree with remarkable difference ( P <0.01). There was remarkable difference between two groups in the effective rate( P <0.05)(95.24% for the treated group and 82.50% for the controlled group); and according to the therapeutic intent-to-treat(ITT) analysis, there was remarkable difference ( P <0.05) between two groups in the effective rate (88.89% for the treated group and 73.33% for the controlled group). The treated group was superior to the controlled group. Conclusion: Huayu Dingtong Tang has great therapeutic effect in treating Postherpetic Neuralgia due to stagnancy of qi and blood stasis.
