摘    要:目的:探讨CT引导下氩氦刀治疗肿瘤的手术配合技术。方法:分析35例晚期肿瘤氩氦刀治疗病例的术前准备、术中问题及相应措施,对手术效果进行评价。结果:35例手术顺利完成,共形成41个冰球。25例胸部病例中有5例轻微气胸,1例轻微气胸伴少量出血,1例局部皮下气肿,并发症的发生率分别为24%(6/25),4%(1/25),4%(1/25)。其余病例无明显术中并发症。结论:CT引导下经皮穿刺氩氦刀治疗晚期肿瘤是一种安全、有效、微创的新治疗方法。充分的术前准备、恰当的术中配合和精确的扫描定位技术,对于保证手术的成功有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the cooperative technique of argon-helium cryosurgical treatment for late cancer guided by computer tomography.Methods Analysis the clinical data of preoperative preparation,intraoperative problem and corre- sponding method,which was made on 35 cases of late cancer who were treated with argon-helium cryosurgery,then evaluated the result of operation.Results The 35 cases were finished perfectly,and 41 ice-bolls were made.There were no operative mortality,5 patients had slight pneumothorax,1 patient had slight pneumothorax and bleeding and 1 patient developed local subcutaneous emphysema of 25 chest cases.Complications rate were 24%(6/25),4%(1/25)and 4%(1/25).No obvious complication with other sases.Conclusion CT guided percutaneous targeted argon-helium cryosurgery is safe,effective and minimally invasive new therapeutic method for the treatment of late cancer.Sufficient preoperative preparation,suitable intra- operative cooperation and exact located skill play an important part in the operation.
