临床护理路径在脑卒中病人健康教育中的应用

摘    要:目的]探讨临床护理路径在脑卒中病人健康教育中实施效果.方法]100例脑卒中病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,两组均实行整体护理,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,现察组采用临床护理路径模式.比较两组病人健康教育知识熟练掌握情况及对护理质量满意情况.结果]观察组病人健康教育知识熟练掌握情况及对护理质量满意度均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论]临床路径应用于脑卒中病人健康教育中可提高病人的健康知识掌握度和对护理质量满意度.

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of carrying out clinical nursing pathway in health education of cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods: A total of 100 cerebral apoplexy patients were randomly divided into test and control group 50 cases each. Holistic nursing care was carried out for both group cases. Besides, traditional health education method was adopted for control group cases, and clinical nursing pathway mode was carried out for test group cases. Then the mastering of health education knowledge and satisfaction toward nursing quality between both group cases were compared. Results: The mastering of health education knowledge and satisfaction toward nursing quality of test group cases were better than that of control group cases. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: To apply clinical nursing pathway in health education for cerebral apoplexy patients can enhance the mastering of health education knowledge and satisfaction toward nursing quality of patients.
