急性脑血管病患者血清脑脊液髓磷脂碱性蛋白测定

采用酶联免疫测定法对６６例急性脑血管病（ＣＶＤ）患者血清和脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）的髓磷脂碱性蛋白（ＭＢＰ）进行了连续动态检测。结果：急性ＣＶＤ患者血清和ＣＳＦ的ＭＢＰ平均含量明显高于正常对照组，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。急性ＣＶＤ中的脑出血、脑梗塞和皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者的血清和ＣＳＦＭＢＰ含量与对照组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。相关分析表明，急性ＣＶＤ患者血清和ＣＳＦＭＢＰ含量之间呈正直线相关（ｒ＝０．７６Ｐ＜０．０１）。血清和ＣＳＦＭＢＰ含量与急性ＣＶＤ的意识障碍、肢体瘫痪、ＣＴ扫描显示的脑损害程度和部位呈一致性。提示：测定血清和ＣＳＦ内脑损害后释放的ＭＢＰ含量对急性ＣＶＤ的诊断，预后判断具有临床价值。

Measurenrent of serum and CSF myelin basic protein to patients with acute cerebralvascular disease with enzyme immunoassay

Myelin basic protein(MBP) was measured in the serum and the CSF of the patients with acute cerebralvascular disease(CVD, 66 cases)by using enzyme immunoassay.The results showed that the average amount of MBP in serum and CSF of the patients with acute CVD was much higher than that in the control group. The differences were significant(P<0.01). MBP levels in the patients with cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral infarction or Binswanger's disease of the acute CVD were sinificantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The results also showed that there was a linear relationship between the CSF MBP levels and the serum MBP levels in the patients with acute CVD(r=0.76,P<0.01).The amount of MBP in serum and CSF was also significantly correlated to the severity of acute CVD,to the degree of consciouseness disorder and limb paralysis,and to the extent and site of the cerebral lesion shown by CT-scan.This study showed that the measurement of MBP in serum and CSF as a marker of cerebral damage may have a clinical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of the patients with CVD.
