男性护生实习期间真实体验质性研究

目的了解和探讨男性护生在临床实习期间内心深处真实的体验,以指导教育管理者对男性护生给予理解、关注,为其提供全身心的、针对性的教育管理措施。方法采用质性研究中的Van Manen的诠释现象学研究法,深入访谈了13名男性实习护生。结果运用类属分析法,经过反复地自省、比较、归纳,提炼出4大主题:职业认可度低、工作无成就感、自我概念与护士角色冲突、对前途喜忧参半。结论护理教育管理者及临床带教教师应深入了解和理解男性实习护生的实习感受,帮助他们克服各种身心障碍,指导他们树立正确的职业观、价值观。

Qualitative study on true experience of male nursing students during their clinical practice

Objective To understand and explore the true experience of male nursing students during their clinical practice,and to guide the education governor understand and concern the male nursing students in order to provide comprehensive educational management measurement. Method Make use of Vam Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological method of the qualitative research.In-depth interviews were conducted among 9 male nursing students.Result It concluded four factors after repeated reflection,comparison and conclusion by cate-gorization,including the poorly professional recognition degree,without a sense of accomplishment in the work,conflict between self-imagine and the nurse role,feel both worried and hopeful about the future.Conclusion The nursing teaching manager and teachers in clinic should understand and comprehend the experience of the male nursing students during their clinical practice,help them to overcome all kind of obstacle,guide them to build up a right view of occupation and values.
