摘    要:近些年来,海洋植物多糖的化学结构与药理活性已成为医药、食品领域的研究热点。纵观现有研究资料,海洋植物多糖具有抗衰老、抗氧化、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗凝血及保护肾脏等作用,在保健食品、医药和化妆品行业具有很大的应用前景。主要从化学结构表征和药理活性2个方面对海洋植物多糖进行综述,以期为海洋植物多糖的深度开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years, the chemical structure and pharmacological activities of polysaccharides from marine plant have become a research focus in the fields of medicine and food. Throughout the available research data, the polysaccharides from marine plant have a wide range of pharmacological activities, such as anti-aging, anti-oxidant, immunomodulation, antitumor, anticoagulant and renoprotective effects, and they have great application prospects in health food, medicine, and cosmetics industries. This review focuses on marine plant polysaccharides from the aspects of chemical structure characterization and pharmacological activity, with view to providing a reference for the deep exploitation and utilization of marine plant polysaccharides.
