| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨超声和X线钼靶联合应用诊断小乳腺癌的价值.方法]43例小乳腺癌和32例良性小肿块于术前联合运用超声和X线钼靶摄片检查进行诊断,并与手术后病理结果进行对照.结果]小乳腺癌的超声诊断符合率为92.8%,钼靶X线摄片的诊断符合率为86%,两者联合运用,诊断符合率提高到97.7%.结论]超声和钼靶联合应用能提高小乳腺癌的诊断符合率.

| Abstract: | To evaluate the high-resolution ultrasound combined with mammography for diagnosis of small breast cancer(SBC).Forty-three cases with SBC and 32 cases with small benign lesions were examined by high-resolution ultrasound combined with mammography before operation. Diagnosis was made in every case and compared with the pathological results.The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis in SBC was 92.8%, whereas that of mammography was 85.7%. It was improved to 97.7% when ultrasound was used in combination with mammography.Conclusion]Combined application of ultrasound with mammography can raise the coincidence rate of diagnosis for SBC. |
