the Effect of PVP Which was Added to Frozen Cryoprotective Agents in Vitrified Frozen-thawed Human Oocytes |

Abstract: | 【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of macromolecule pvp to vitrified frozed-thawed human oocytes. Methods The study group A was added 6%PVP in the vitrified cryoprotective agents and the study group B wasn’t added any PVP. The fresh oocytes were as the control group(groupC) . After immunofluorescene staining , the study group survival oocytes and the control group oocytes were mounted on slides and observed under a Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope. Results The survival rate and the normal rates of spindle and chromosome configurations of group A were 83.3%(20/24),10%(2/20)and 10%(2/20) . The survival rate and the normal rates of spindle and chromosome configurations of group B were 95.8%(23/24),13%(3/23)and 13%(3/23). There was no significant difference among the groups A,B and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion PVP cann’t improve the effect of vitrified frozed-thawed human oocytes. |
