摘    要:目的:观察乌司他丁对重症中暑血管内皮细胞损伤的影响。方法:检测重症中暑患者外周血循环血管内皮细胞(CEC)数量和血清vWF及TM溶度;重症中暑血清攻击体外培养脐静脉,检测培养上清脱落血管内皮细胞数量和可溶性vWF及TM浓度。观察乌司他丁治疗对重症中暑CEC数量和血清vWF及TM浓度的影响;重症中暑血清攻击脐静脉,观察乌司他丁对培养上清血管内皮细胞数量和可溶性vWF及TM浓度的影响。结果:重症中暑患者组外周血CEC明显高多于健康对照组(P<0.05);重症中暑组血清vWF和TM浓度高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。重症中暑血清可明显损伤脐静脉内皮细胞,培养上清血管内皮细胞数量明显增加(P<0.05),培养上清vWF和TM浓度明显升高(P<0.05)。重症中暑乌司他丁治疗可明显减少CEC(P<0.05),同时下调血清vWF和TM浓度(P<0.05)。体外实验发现乌司他丁对重症中暑血清损伤脐静脉内皮细胞具有保护作用,其培养上清脱落血管内皮细胞数量明显减少(P<0.05),培养上清vWF和TM浓度下降(P<0.05)。结论:重症中暑存在严重的血管内皮细胞损伤,乌司他丁对于重症中暑血管内皮细胞损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Ulinastain allivating vascular endothelium cell injury in server heatstroke
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of ulinastain on vascular endothelium cell injury in server heatstroke. Methods Circulation endothelium cells(CEC) as well as serum von Willebrand factor (vWF) and thrombomodulin(TM) in patients with server heatstroke were analysed. Supernatant shed endothelium cell(SEC) as well as vWF and TM concetrations were analysed after umbilical vein insulted by server heatstroke sera.The changes of CEC counts as well as serum vWF and TM concetrations were observed in server heatstroke patients after ulinastain treatment.After umbilical vein insulted by server heatstroke sera,the influences of ulinastain on supernatant SEC counts as well as vWF and TM concetrations were observed. Results CEC counts in server heatstroke group were higher than in healthy control group (P<0.05).Comparing to the healthy control group, both of the serum vWF and TM concetrations in server heatstroke group were increased(P<0.05).Server heatstroke group serum could injure umbilical vein endothelium cell,which showed supernatant SEC counts as well as vWF and TM concetrations increasing(P<0.05).CEC counts in ulinastain treatment group were decreased(P<0.05).Serum vWF and TM concetrations in ulinastain treatment group were lower than in healthy control group(P<0.05).Ulinastain protected umbilical vein endothelium cell injury from server heatstroke sera insult,which showed supernatant SEC counts as well as vWF and TM concetrations decreasing(P<0.05).Conclusions Ulinastain ameliorates vascular endothelium cell injury in server heatstroke.
