临床路径应用于计划性剖宫产术的效果评价

目的：探讨临床路径在计划性剖宫产术的应用效果。方法：将248例计划性剖宫产术的产妇随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组按制定的临床路径实施诊疗、护理、健康教育指导。对照组按传统的医疗护理方法。结果：产妇在平均住院日、住院费用、满意度、健康教育知识掌握程度方面有明显差异。实验组产妇的平均住院日、住院费用低于对照组，产妇满意度、健康教育知识掌握程度明显高于对照组。结论：对计划性剖宫产，按临床路径实施诊疗、护理、健康教育指导，可减少平均住院日、降低住院费用。

Evaluation of effect of clinical pathway used in planned cesarean section

Objective：To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway in planned cesarean section.Methods ：248 eases of planned cesarean section mothers were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.According to developed clinical pathway the experimental group implemented diagnosis treatment clinics,nursing and health education guide.The control group received nursing care according to the path of non-clinical medical care.Results：In the average length of stay,hospital costs,satisfaction,health education knowledge the parturient women had significant difference.In the experimental group, average length of stay ,hospital costs were lower than those in the control group,but the maternal satisfaction,health education was significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion ：Implementing diagnosis ,treatment, nursing and health education guidance according clinical pathway for planned cesarean section can reduce the average length of stay ,lower hospital costs.
