克拉霉素三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察

目的观察克拉霉素、奥美拉唑、甲硝唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染的疗效及不良反应。方法选择确诊为HP阳性所致的消化性溃疡等慢性胃炎患者57例，男28例，女29例，年龄18～65岁；给予克拉霉素250mg、奥美拉唑20mg，甲硝唑400mg，均每日2次疗程一周，疗程结束4周后复查胃镜及HP。结果所有病例中HP感染所致烧心、腹痛完全消失者23例，好转32例，无效2例，总有效率96％。51例HP转阴，HP根除率89．5％。无严重不良反应。结论本三联疗法治疗HP感染临床效果显著，HP根除率高且安全。

Observation of the Curative Effects of Clarithromycin Triple Therapy in Patients with Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective To observe the curative effects and side effects of triple therapy （Clarithromycin; Omeprazole; Metronidazole） in treatment of patients with Helicobacter Pylori Infection. Methods 57 patients with peptic ulcer and chronic stomachitis caused by Hp were selected including 28 males and 29 females. Patients＇ ages varied from 18 to 65. Clarithromycin 250 mg, Omeprazole 20 mg and Metronidazole 400 mg were given to these patients twice a day for one week. Gastroscope and Hp tests were dong after 4 weeks of treating. Results 23 patients with symptoms such as abdominal pain, heartburn caused by Hp infection dispeared completely. Total effective rate is 96% without severe adverse effects. Conclusion Clarithromycin, Omeprazole and Metronidazole triple therapy has a significant curative effect in treatment of patients with Hp infection with high and safe cure rates.
