| 摘 要： | 目的]观察出院后护理干预对中青年高血压病病人服药依从性的影响.方法]200例经住院治疗后出院的中青年高血压病病人随机分为观察组与对照组, 每组100例,观察组出院后通过电话回访方式进行护理干预,对照组采取常规门诊不定期随诊.6个月后问卷调查两组病人的服药依从性情况.结果]观察组病人服药依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论]对出院后中青年高血压病病人进行护理干预能有效提高其服药依从性.
