| 摘 要： | ２５例高血压患者接受西拉普利治疗６周，其中８例行动态血压监测。结果表明西拉普利治疗轻、中度原发性高血压疗效好，总有效率８８％，且疗效维持时间长、服用方便、副作用少。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of cilazapril on hypertension, 25 patients with essentiaI hypertension were treated by cilazapril fox six week. Eight of those evaluated by 24h ambulatory bldri pressure monitoring. The results showed: (1 )Total effective rate was 88 %. (2 ) It is more effective on whld or moderate essential hypertension. The effect can be maintainedof 10ng time by taking one table daily. |
