阿魏酸钠联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛36例

目的探讨阿魏酸纳、低分子肝素联用治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法66例不稳定型心绞痛随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例采用肠溶阿斯匹林及抗心绞痛药物,治疗组36例在以上基础上加用阿魏酸钠、低分子肝素,观察两组对心绞痛的疗效,并评价其安全性。结果治疗组总有效率80.6%,对照组总有效率56.7%,两组有显著差异(uc=2.64,P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸纳、低分子肝素联合应用治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效肯定且安全。

Clinical observation of sodium ferulate combined with low molecular heparin for the treatment of 36 cases of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of sodium ferulate combined with low molecular mass heparin on unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods Sixty-six patients with UAP were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with aspirin and the routine therapy of angina pectoris. The patients in treatment group were added with sodium ferulate and low molecular mass heparin the above medications. The effect of the drugs were observed.Results Compared with the control, the attack frequency of angina pectoris was reduced dramaticly, the clinical symptoms and electrocardiology(ECG) were improved as well in treatment group. The drugs had no effects on bleeding and coagulating time.Conclusion Sodium ferulate combined with low molecular heparin in treatment of UAP is efficiency and safety.
