| 摘 要： | 对507例中国人载脂蛋白E(apoE)表型及其等位基因频率进行分析,并比较东、西方民族间的异同。结果表明,中国人群apoE3/3表型分布及其等位基因ε3的频率与东方民族(日本)基本一致,但明显高于西方人群。中国人群的apoE3/4表型分布频率不仅低于西方人群,而且也低于东方其它民族。其它表型的分布频率在人群间无明显差异.可以认为apoE的表型分布及其等位基因频率在中国人群与西方人群之间存在着种族差异性。

| Abstract: | Distribution of apoE phenotypes and frequencies of apoE alleles in 507 Chinese people were studied. The results were compared with those from western populations. The percentage of apoE 3/3 phenotype in Chinese is approximately the same as those of populations in the East, but it is apparently higher than those of western populations. However, the percentage of apoE 3/4 phenotype is lower than those of all other populations. The frequency of allele e3 was significantly higher in Chinese than those of western populations. This result described here indicated a real racial difference between the two. |
