新鲜芦荟叶贴敷治疗静脉留置针输注甘露醇所致静脉炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨治疗静脉留置针输注甘露醇所致静脉炎的新方法。方法：将180例静脉留置针输注甘露醇所致静脉炎的患者随机分为A、B、C三组，每组各60例，A组使用50％硫酸镁溶液湿敷治疗，B组用新鲜马铃薯片贴敷治疗，C组使用新鲜芦荟叶贴敷治疗。比较三种不同治疗方法的疗效及显效时间。结果：新鲜芦荟叶与马铃薯片贴敷治疗均优于50％硫酸镁溶液湿敷，但两组治疗显效时间比较，治疗24h效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），在治疗48h和72h后新鲜芦荟叶组治疗效果优于马铃薯组（P〈0．05）。结论：新鲜芦荟叶具有清热解毒、散瘀、软化血管、促进新陈代谢及皮肤组织的修复的作用，对静脉留置针输注甘露醇所致静脉炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
