| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疗效。[方法]两组各24例。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠50mg,日2次,碳酸氢钠1.0,日3次。治疗组在对照组基础上加用乌蔹莓外敷患处。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效5例,无效1例;对照组显效12例,有效10例,无效2例。[结论]乌蔹莓外敷能及时有效缓解疼痛。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] Observe the external application of Chinese medicine Treatment of Gouty arthritis. ~ Method] Treatment group and control group 24 cases. The control group were treated with dielofenac sodium 50mg, 2 times, sodium bicarbonate 1.0, 3 times a day. [ Results] Treatment group, markedly 18 eases,effec- tive 5 cases, ineffective 1 cases; Control group, markedly 12 cases,effective 10 cases, ineffective 2 cases. r Conclusion] Cayratia japonica external application can be timely and effective pain relief. |
