Meta-analysis of clinical effect of Gexia Zhuyu decoction on hepatitis B cirrhosis

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu decoction on hepatitis B cirrhosis by Meta-analysis.Methods:To search the literature of the random controlled experiment(RCT)of subphrenic Gexia Zhuyu decoction for hepatitis B cirrhosis in large literature database at home and abroad,the method of Cochrane systematic evaluation was used to analyze the data with RevMan5.1 software,and the quality of evidence was evaluated.Results:12 RCT literatures were obtained.No grouping method was mentioned in two articles.The quality of literature was generally low.The effective rate of Gexia Zhuyu decoction in treating hepatitis B cirrhosis was higher[OR=3.25,95%CI(2.08,5.42)].There was no difference between Gexia Zhuyu decoction and control group in the negative rate of HBV-DNA in hepatitis B cirrhosis[OR=2.77,95%CI(0.59,13.09)].The Child-Pugh score of Gexia Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis was lower[OR=-1.34,95%CI(-1.61,-18.52)].The level of ALT in blood of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis treated with Gexia Zhuyu decoction was lower[OR=-27.90,95%CI(-37.28,-18.52)],and the blood HA level of Gexia Zhuyu decoction was lower in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis[OR=-46.72,95%CI(-62.89,-30.55)].Conclusion:Gexia Zhuyu decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of hepatitis B cirrhosis,improve liver function and fibrosis,and has little effect on the negative rate of HBV-DNA.Due to the low quality of the included literature,the exact conclusion still needs to be further explored.
