改变服药时间对冠心病病人预后的影响

目的 探讨两种服药时间对冠心病病人预后的影响。方法 将627例冠心病病人随机分为观察组(324例)和对照组(303例)。观察组采用晨醒(6:00)即服药,待5～10 min后再缓慢起床洗漱、并于12:00、16:00按时服用第二、第三次药物;对照组按传统规定时间8:00、12:00、16:00服药。同时对两组进行冠心病知识宣传教育。结果 观察组心脏意外事件复发再入院率、两次以上复发再入院率分别为28.1％、8.3％,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论 合理安排服药时间可明显减少心脏意外事件发生,提高病人的生活质量。

Effect of Taking Medicine at Various Time on the Prognosis of the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the effect of taking medicine at various time on the prognosis of the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Six hundred and twenty-seven cases of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group (324 cases) and control group (303 cases). The patients in the observation group took medicine first time at 6:00, after 5-10 min got up slowly, and washed, took medicine second time (12:00) and third time (16:00). The patients in the control group took medicine by routine time (8:00, 12:00 and 16:00). Results The rate of relapse readmission of heart accidents and admission for more than twice in the observation group was 28. 1 % and 8. 3% , respectively, obviously decreased as compared with that in the control group (all P<0. 01). Conclusion Arranging the time of taking medicine rationally could notably reduce the occurrence of heart accidents and improve the living quality of the patients.
