| 摘 要： | 采用离体小白鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,用简单小室法,以生理盐水为接受液,研究了盐酸普萘洛尔在氮酮,薄荷油促进剂的作用下的透皮吸收效果,在1%盐酸普萘洛尔溶液中加入2%促吸剂,促进效果依次为氮酮、薄荷油。

| Abstract: | The effect of transdermal penetration enhancers for the propranolo hydrochlor-ide in vitro from the aqueons solution througsh excised rat skin was studiedusing simple diffusion cells and normal saline as receptor. The results showedthat the 24h accumulative penetration amount and the penetration rate from 1%(w/v) solution containing 2%(w/v) of Azone was higher than that containing 2%(w/v) of peppermint oil. |
