| 摘 要： | 小檗碱通过竞争性阻断α-肾上腺能受体增强心房收缩力,起到抗心律失常和降血压的作用;通过促进胰岛β细胞修复和增生,使胰岛素释放增加,同时抑制糖元异生,和(或)促进糖酵解,产生降血糖的作用,通过抗胃肠道粘膜细菌感染治疗溃疡性胃肠道炎。因此,小檗碱临床应用前景广泛。

| Abstract: | Berberine can increase atrium contratile forcet, through competitive blockingof adrenergic-receptors It has antiarrhy thmic and antihypotensive effect. It canimprove the insulin release by means of enforcine the restortion and reproduct-ion of insula cells and inhibit gluconeogenesis, or accelerate glucose fermentati-on, then, reduce blood sugar. It is also able to treat ulcerous gastroenteritis. |
