紫外分光光度法测定双氯灭痛栓剂的含量

摘    要:本文报道用紫外分光光度法在276um波长处测定双氯灭痛栓剂中双氯灭痛的含量。该方法其平均回收率为100.4%,其变异系数为0.44%,结果表明用紫外分光光度法可用于双氯灭痛栓剂中双氯灭痛含量的测定。

Abstract:The ultravioet spectrophotometry to determine the content of diclofenac-Na inthe suppository that was prepared by mixing syntheti aliphatic ester with sodi-um diclofenac has been developed. Diclofenac-Na was analyzed at 276nm and theaverage recovery was 100.4% and the coefficient of variation was 0.44% (n=6).Results of experiments showed that ultravioet spectrophotometry was an availa-ble method for determination of diclofenac-Na in suppository.
